“Dialogue has the power to transform relationships with ourselves, each other and the world around us. Its values and principles ground everything I do.”
I am a facilitator and culture change consultant supporting organisations to develop the human skills required for meaningful, sustainable change.
My work focuses on how people listen, communicate, relate and make sense of complexity together — because culture change does not happen through strategy alone, but through everyday interactions, decisions and relationships. I work with leaders, teams and diverse stakeholder groups who want to move beyond surface-level engagement towards deeper shifts in trust, collaboration and shared ownership.
At the heart of my practice is a Receptive–Reflective–Responsive approach to change.
Receptive work builds the foundations: listening, curiosity, values, embodiment and trust. I design processes that create psychological safety, invite every voice, and allow people to be seen and heard — often for the first time. This openness is essential for building healthy relationships and inclusive cultures.
Reflective work supports groups to slow down, surface assumptions, explore difference, and think critically and creatively together. Through dialogue, storytelling and facilitated inquiry, teams are able to name what is really happening, reframe conflict, understand power dynamics, and co-create new narratives.
Responsive work enables action. By strengthening collective intelligence, clarity and agency, organisations are better equipped to make informed decisions, collaborate effectively and respond creatively to change — rather than defaulting to habitual or reactive patterns.
I draw on a range of facilitated communication and creative approaches — including dialogue-based methods, values and needs-based communication, visual and embodied practices — not as ends in themselves, but as ways of making the intangible tangible and supporting people to become experts in their own experience. These approaches help groups surface what is often unspoken, work productively with difference, and generate insights that lead to meaningful outcomes.
Clients value my calm, inclusive and deeply thoughtful facilitation style and my ability to hold complexity, adapt in the moment, and balance structure with creativity — creating spaces that feel both safe and stretching. My work strengthens relationships while also delivering clarity, direction and tangible progress.
My approach is grounded in the belief that change happens with people, not to them. While technical skills can be trained, human skills such as listening, discernment, dialogue and collective sense-making must be cultivated over time. When these capabilities are strengthened, organisations are better equipped to foster belonging, trust and engagement — and to respond more wisely to change.
Through Creating Meaning, I partner with organisations who want culture to be a lived experience — not a set of values on the wall, but something people can feel, practise and sustain together.
