Serenity in Leadership
Serenity in Leadership is a culture change consultancy that works to promote diversity and inclusion within organisations, with a particular focus on gender. Serenity in Leadership’s unique approach works to empower individuals, teams and leaders to operate from a place of responsible power and serenity, resulting in both improved commercial outcomes whilst making positive changes to a firm’s culture, policies and ethos.
I began working with Serenity in Leadership in 2018, bringing the power of dialogue to support in the exploration of complex topics relating to gender and power. These dialogues were open to the public and invited individuals. We continued facilitating dialogues online during 2020, in a series exploring diversity and inclusion with D&I professionals. During my time with Serenity in Leadership I also co-designed and co-facilitated a Mastering Responsible Power workshop, exploring power paradigms and power dynamics.
