Communicating With - Listening & Non-Judgement in a Dialogue Practice

A half-day workshop for the Cumberland Lodge Scholars, using LEGO Serious Play and other creative techniques to explore the skills and qualities needed to communicate with not to others. LEGO Serious Play was used to explore the qualities of a good listener, both through the model building and the practice itself of listening to others tell the stories of their models.
